The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered, unless otherwise specified.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
 

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Refunds

Coaching Services

Refund Eligibility: Individual coaching sessions and services are non-refundable once the sessions are complete. We are committed to providing you with high-quality coaching, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe that a refund is warranted, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

If you have purchased a sessional package or coaching program, a full refund may be provided prior to the commencement of any coaching sessions. Please contact Stephanie@stephanierolfe.com to submit a refund request.

If you have started your coaching sessions and need to cancel the remaining sessions or withdraw from a program, a refund of 50% may be issued if equal to or less than half of the sessions have been used. If more than 50% of sessions have been used, no refund will be issued.

If you have specific concerns or have extenuating circumstances, please contact Stephanie Rolfe at Stephanie@stephanierolfe.com to discuss your options.

Digital Products and Resources

Refund Eligibility: If you purchase any digital products or resources, such as e-books, guides, or online courses, refunds will only be considered within 24 hours of purchase, provided that you have not downloaded or accessed the product. Refund requests for digital products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Coaching Session Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice directly to your coach via your agreed upon method of communication. No fee or penalty will apply and an offer to reschedule your session will be provided. We will do our best to reschedule any missed sessions within a reasonable timeframe. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, your session may be forfeited without option to reschedule. We understand that life happens, so please do reach out to your coach if there are extenuating circumstances that are affecting your participation.
